Under its own production standard, soft Xpansion company has taken measures to protect the data collected on our website. We use inter-network screens and, specifically, Comodo SSL certificate to protect specific personal data. Nonetheless, no one can guarantee that your personal data will be protected always and fully. You are also responsible for the privacy of your personal data and its protection from unauthorized access. soft Xpansion may store your personal data while you use this website or products or within the scope permitted or required under current laws. Even if we delete your personal information, it can still be stored on backup media or in other systems.
You have the right to receive free information on your personal data stored by us at any time. Such Information includes the source, recipient and purpose of data collection. Besides, soft Xpansion company gives you the right to ask for correction, blocking or deletion of data. However, such information does not include the data which must be stored in accordance with laws or those necessary for business purposes. If the data are registered without legal obligation of archiving, then we will delete your data upon your request. If there is an obligation of archiving, then we will block your data. You can freely send personal information to the address of soft Xpansion company. However, if not all necessary data are transferred, then it is possible that some actions can not be performed (preparation of invoices without address, for example, purchase of software without a name). If you decide to subscribe to newsletter in order to receive information on special offers, new software versions, versions of products, marketing or other information, then your registration email address will be stored on our website together with all the information included in it. We use this information to send you the above messages. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time and without any effort by clicking on the “Unsubscribe” button. If you register yourself on contradicting terms (you subscribe to the newsletter, however you want to receive only information on the products), then soft Xpansion company will strive to comply with your wishes.

TRACKING GOOGLE ADWORDS CONVERSIONS
We use an online advertising program Google AdWords and conversions tracking as a part of Google AdWords. GoogleConversionTracking is an analysis service offered by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, «Google»). If you click on the advertisement shown by Google, a cookie file with tracked conversion will be saved on your computer. These cookie files have limited duration, they do not contain personal data and that is why they are not used to identify separate persons.
If you visit certain pages on our website and the duration of the cookie file is not over yet, they Google and we can find out that you clicked on the advertisement and were referred to this page. Each client of Google AdWords has his own separate cookie file. That is why it is impossible to track cookie files through websites of AdWords clients.
The information received by using the conversion of the cookie file is used to create conversion statistics for AdWords clients which has decisive importance for tracking conversions. In such a way the clients can find out the total number of users who clicked on the advertisements and were referred to the page containing a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not get any information which can be used to identify users.
If you do not want to take part in tracking, then you can recall your consent for the use of this function by prohibiting the installation of cookie files by making an appropriate adjustment in the software of your browser (turn-off option). Then you will be excluded from the statistics of conversion tracking.
